Evolutionary anthropology is the branch of biological anthropology that explores the evolutionary underpinnings of primate behavioral, genetic, and anatomical variation. I, like many other evolutionary anthropologists, am driven by questions aimed at understanding what makes primates unique among other mammals and vertebrates.
